Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of PolyFunding (the “Service”). By creating an account, paying an entry fee, or placing a paper trade, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully.
What PolyFunding is
- PolyFunding is a paid paper-trading skill challenge. You pay an entry fee, receive a simulated trading account, and may earn a USDC bounty if you meet the rules within 30 days.
- PolyFunding is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or investment advisor. No real positions are opened on Polymarket on your behalf. All fills are simulated against live Polymarket orderbook data.
- PolyFunding is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket. We use Polymarket's public market data; Polymarket may change or remove this data at any time.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You may not use PolyFunding if you are located in or a resident of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Singapore, Thailand, or any country subject to comprehensive US, EU, or UN sanctions.
- You confirm you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you.
- One PolyFunding account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created on behalf of others are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of fees and bounties.
Fees
- Entry fees are denominated in USDC and paid directly from your wallet on Solana or Polygon. We are non-custodial — you sign each transfer.
- Entry fees are non-refundable. Treat the fee as money you are willing to lose.
- If our service is unavailable for an extended period and prevents you from trading, you may contact support and we will review at our discretion. We are under no obligation to refund.
- Network fees (gas) are paid by you and are not refundable in any circumstance.
Bounties
- If you pass a challenge under the rules at /rules, you are eligible for the bounty associated with your tier, paid in USDC to a wallet you provide.
- Bounties are paid within 48 hours of pass confirmation, subject to anti-fraud review.
- We may withhold or reverse a bounty if we determine, in good faith, that the challenge was passed through fraud, exploitation of a bug, multi-account collusion, or any other rule violation.
- Bounties are paid as a prize for completing a skill challenge; they are not investment returns, dividends, or yield.
Acceptable use
- Do not create multiple accounts, share an account, or coordinate with other accounts to manipulate markets or game the rules.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to place orders, beyond what the public UI exposes.
- Do not attempt to exploit bugs, race conditions, or simulation inaccuracies. Report them to support — we may pay a bug bounty at our discretion.
- Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute PolyFunding data, code, or design.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, the admin interface, or our infrastructure.
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rules.
- On termination for cause, any unpaid bounty is forfeited.
- On termination without cause before you have placed any trades, we may refund the entry fee at our discretion.
Disclaimers
- PolyFunding is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Simulated fills approximate live execution but will differ.
- We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that any specific market will remain available for the duration of your challenge.
- Nothing on PolyFunding is investment, legal, or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyFunding's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the entry fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost bounties.
Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolyFunding is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to PolyFunding will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
- Before filing arbitration, you agree to contact support@polyfunding.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Changes
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site and in Discord at least 7 days before they take effect.
- Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
